Powder rooms and tub-to-shower conversions start at $8,000; full bathroom renovations start at $15,000 and most land between $15,000 and $30,000.

Most will say it depends what we find. That sentence is a future invoice. Our answer is in the contract: whatever we find behind your walls, we fix at our cost. The quote you sign is the number you pay.
When exactly will you finish?
Most give a rough guess, because their crew juggles six jobs. Our answer: 10 working days, in writing. Every day past that, we pay you $200. One crew, your home only, every day until done.
What happens if it leaks next year?
Most offer one year on workmanship. Ours runs five years from Substantial Completion, and it includes a five-year leak warranty against covered leaks from the waterproofing and plumbing connections we install. We call you before it matures just to check the bathroom is still perfect.
