- How much does a bathroom renovation cost in Milton?
- Powder rooms and tub-to-shower conversions start at $8,000. Full bathroom renovations start at $15,000, and most land between $15,000 and $30,000 with materials and labour included. You get a fixed number in writing before any work starts, and it cannot go up.
- How long does the work take?
- Most bathrooms are finished in about 10 business days. If we pass the completion date in your agreement, you get a $200 credit for every extra day.
- What does the warranty cover?
- A five-year workmanship warranty on the work described in your Scope of Work, from the date of Substantial Completion. It includes a five-year leak warranty against covered leaks caused by defective waterproofing or plumbing connections we install. Manufacturer warranties on supplied products pass through to you. Full terms, and what is excluded, are in clause 13 of your agreement.
